For more than 5 decades, our unpretentious old-school Dim Sum, served on traditional trolleys, is a nod to a bygone era when dining was an experience to be savored, not rushed. At the heart of Red Star's culinary legacy are members of the revered Four Heavenly Kings of Cantonese Cuisine. After the passing of  Masterchef Tham and Lau, Masterchef Sin Leong and Hooi Kok Wai, are still helming the kitchen. These culinary maestros have dedicated their lives to preserving the rich tapestry of Cantonese flavors and techniques, ensuring that each dish served at Red Star is a testament to their culinary artistry.
